Talk to us
Volume pricing, API questions, a security review, or an argument about our accuracy page. All fine.
If it is about results, send the domain and roughly what you expected. Most questions that begin “why did this come back unknown” are answerable in one reply once we can see which provider runs the mail.
Ask us for a key
Sign-up isn't self-serve yet. Email us your monthly volume and what you're building, and we'll send a key. The first 100 checks each month are free and need no card.
Email usWhat people usually write about
A provider returning too many unknowns
Tell us the domain. Yahoo, AOL and throttled corporate hosts behave in known ways, and we would rather explain the mechanism than have you guess.
Volume above a million
The published ladder stops at a million addresses. Past that, write to us with the volume and cadence.
A security or procurement review
What we store, what leaves our infrastructure during a check, and the certifications we do not hold are already written down.
Disagreeing with the accuracy page
Genuinely welcome. If the two-number argument has a hole in it we would rather hear it than not.

Common questions
Can I test before talking to anyone?
Yes. 100 credits a month, no card, and the API docs are public.
Do you offer volume pricing beyond the table?
The published ladder runs to a million addresses. Above that, tell us the volume and how often, and we will quote.
Can you verify a list for me rather than by API?
Upload it and download the results. If the file is unusual, say what shape it is in and we will tell you whether it needs changing first.
