Privacy policy

You upload other people's email addresses. This explains what we do with them.

Last updated September 2026.

1. Two kinds of data

Data about you: your account, your API keys, your billing details. And data about the people on your list, which reaches us because you uploaded it. For the second kind you are the controller and we process on your instructions.

2. What a verification job stores

DataWhyKept for
The addresses you uploadTo verify themUntil you delete the job
The verdict per addressSo you can download resultsUntil you delete the job
MX host and response reasonSo a result is auditableUntil you delete the job
Job metadata: size, time, creditsBilling and your historyLife of the account

3. What leaves our infrastructure

Verifying an address means asking the receiving mail server about it. That server necessarily sees the address being checked and the address we connect from. We send no message, so nothing arrives in the mailbox, and we do not pass your list to a third-party verification service, because the check is our own.

4. The website

This site collects what you send through a form and basic analytics about which pages get read. None of it is sold.

5. Your rights, and your list's rights

Delete a job and the addresses, verdicts and reasons go with it. Export results at any time. If someone on a list you uploaded asks you to erase their data, deleting the job removes it from us.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell uploaded addresses, do not add them to any shared database, and do not reuse them to improve anything.

7. Contact

Write to us through the contact page, including for deletion requests.
