Calendly collects an address to send the invitation, the calendar entry and the reminders. A typo there means the invitee has a booking they cannot see.

The meeting then shows as a no-show, which is recorded as a prospect who did not turn up rather than a prospect who was never told.

  1. Register a Calendly webhook for invitee.created events.
  2. Verify the invitee's address in your handler and record the verdict.
  3. Alert the meeting owner immediately where the verdict is a definite failure.
  4. Write the verdict into the CRM against the meeting record.
  5. For high-value bookings, put a verified form in front of the Calendly link.
  6. Report no-shows split by verdict so the two causes are separated.
