  3. Set the point at which you stop

    Decide the complaint and rejection rate that ends the campaign before you start it, because in the middle of a send the temptation is always to finish.

  4. Let the silent ones go

    A subscriber who ignores a re-engagement attempt has answered. Keeping them costs placement for everyone else on the list.
