VerifyBee alternatives
Anyone leaving VerifyBee should start from their own invoice, because this page could not read a single figure from the vendor's site.

Read from each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026. Vendors who block automated checks are shown without figures rather than with numbers we could not confirm. We are one of the options listed, and you should read this knowing that.
Why people look elsewhere
Scope, most likely. A team that stopped prospecting is still paying for a finder, and a team that never verified a phone number is still carrying an HLR capability. Bundles are bought for what you might do and renewed for what you actually do, and those drift apart.
Not obtained, and the bundling would complicate it even if we had read a figure. A monthly price covering email verification, phone lookup and contact discovery is not a verification rate, and dividing it by addresses produces a number that means nothing without the usage split behind it.
What VerifyBee does that we do not
Migrating a verification workflow costs real time, so these are the capabilities to weigh against it.
- Phone-number verification alongside email, which only CaptainVerify matches anywhere on this site and no pure verifier offers.
- Finding and verifying in one product, which is a different purchase from a verifier and suits a team doing outbound rather than list hygiene.
Before you move off VerifyBee
Run the same sample through two vendors and the interesting number is not how many came back valid.
Allocate the bill across the three products
Email verification, phone lookup and contact discovery share one invoice. Work out what fraction of it the email side represents before comparing anything to a per-address rate.
Decide whether the finder earns its share
Contact discovery is a different job from verification and a more expensive one to run. If nobody has used it this quarter, the allocation is subsidising a capability you are not touching.
Ask how a phone credit differs from an email one
HLR lookups and SMTP probes cost a vendor very different amounts to run. If both draw on one balance at one rate, somebody is cross-subsidising and it may be you.
Find a second home for phone verification
CaptainVerify is the only other vendor on this site doing HLR lookups. Every other option leaves that requirement unanswered entirely.
What switching actually involves
Unbundling is the work here, not the file transfer. Email verification has replacements everywhere; phone lookup has exactly one on this site, and contact discovery has none. A plan that assumes one replacement covers three products will not survive the shortlist.
What no alternative to VerifyBee fixes
Questions about moving off VerifyBee
What are we actually replacing?
Up to three things, and the shortlist on this site covers the first well, the second once and the third not at all. Establish which of them you genuinely use before pricing anything.
Is a bundled finder worth keeping?
If you prospect, yes, and no verifier here substitutes for it. If you only clean lists you already have, you are paying for a capability that never runs.

How hard is it to switch verifiers?
For bulk cleaning, no harder than uploading the file somewhere else. For real-time checks on a signup form it is an API swap, which is an afternoon.
Split the bill three ways before you shop. A bundled finder and a phone lookup are two capabilities no verification shortlist replaces.
