ZapBounce vs VerifyBee
VerifyBee sells three things: email verification, phone-number verification and a finder that discovers contacts you did not have. We sell one of those. That scope difference decides this comparison before any price does, which is fortunate, because their apex domain refused our connections outright on 18 September 2026 and we have no prices to offer.

VerifyBee blocked automated checks or does not publish current pricing. Treat their figures here as indicative and confirm on their site.
How VerifyBee prices it
Not obtained, and the bundling would complicate it even if we had read a figure. A monthly price covering email verification, phone lookup and contact discovery is not a verification rate, and dividing it by addresses produces a number that means nothing without the usage split behind it.
Where VerifyBee is the better choice
Stated plainly, because a comparison page that never concedes anything is not worth reading.
- Phone-number verification alongside email, which only CaptainVerify matches anywhere on this site and no pure verifier offers.
- Finding and verifying in one product, which is a different purchase from a verifier and suits a team doing outbound rather than list hygiene.
Where we differ
What ZapBounce does differently
- We publish our prices. Theirs were not readable to us on 18 September 2026.
- We sell verification alone rather than bundling it with a finder.
- We never bill for unknowns.

Moving off VerifyBee
Scope, most likely. A team that stopped prospecting is still paying for a finder, and a team that never verified a phone number is still carrying an HLR capability. Bundles are bought for what you might do and renewed for what you actually do, and those drift apart.
Unbundling is the work here, not the file transfer. Email verification has replacements everywhere; phone lookup has exactly one on this site, and contact discovery has none. A plan that assumes one replacement covers three products will not survive the shortlist.
What VerifyBee cannot do either
Questions people ask about VerifyBee
How do you price a bundle against a single product?
By the part you use. Take the whole bill, work out what share of it the email verification represents for you, and compare that allocation against a per-address tier. Vendors selling bundles rarely publish that split, which is not deceptive so much as structurally awkward, and it makes a like-for-like comparison something the buyer has to construct.
Does a phone verifier help with email deliverability?
No. They are separate checks against separate systems with nothing in common but the contact record. A valid mobile number tells you nothing about whether a mailbox exists, and neither result predicts whether anyone reads the other.
Why does this page carry no VerifyBee figures?
Their apex domain refused our connections and the www host returned a 404 on the pricing path on 18 September 2026. We did see a third-party summary carrying numbers, and repeating an unconfirmed competitor price is the exact practice this site was built to argue against.
Is ZapBounce cheaper than VerifyBee?
We cannot compare reliably, because VerifyBee does not publish current pricing where we could read it. Ours is $5 for 1,000 and $139 for 100,000.
Can I test both before deciding?
Yes, and you should. Run the same sample of a few thousand addresses through each and compare how many came back unresolved. That difference matters more than either accuracy claim.
Work out what share of your VerifyBee bill is email verification. Until you have that allocation, no per-address comparison on this page or anywhere else means anything.
