BriteVerify pricing, explained
Search for BriteVerify's price and you land on a Validity page with a contact form. There is no public rate card. This page explains how Validity sells BriteVerify, what that means for the price, and how to get a number you can compare.
| What to check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Who sells it | Validity, as one part of its CRM data quality offering |
| Public rate card | None; briteverify.com redirects to a Validity capability page |
| How you get a price | A sales conversation and a quote |
| What the unit is | Ask whether you are priced per address, per record or per contract |
| Unknown results | No billing policy on Validity's public pages |
| Credit expiry | Not stated on Validity's public pages |
Checked on validity.com and briteverify.com in September 2026. Validity publishes no BriteVerify figures, so we publish none and quote no third-party estimate.
BriteVerify is sold as part of a platform
Validity bought BriteVerify and folded it into a wider data quality offering. That offering sits close to Salesforce and covers record hygiene, deduplication and deliverability work. Verification is one control inside it.
So the price follows the platform, not the address. You may be quoted for a bundle, a contract term or a record count. Before you compare anything, ask Validity what unit your quote is built on.
Four questions to ask before you sign
First, what does 1,000 checks cost, and what does 100,000 cost? Second, are unknown results billed? Third, do unused credits expire, and when? Fourth, can you buy verification on its own, without the rest of the platform?
Get the answers in writing. They turn a quote into a rate you can put beside any public ladder. Our note on how much email verification costs shows the ranges across the market.
When the job is a list, not a CRM
Many teams that search for BriteVerify pricing just need a file cleaned. If that's you, a platform contract is more than the job needs. A per-address rate you can read on a page is easier to budget and easier to approve.
ZapBounce charges $5 for 1,000, $25 for 10,000, $139 for 100,000 and $949 for a million. Credits never expire. Unknowns and duplicates are never billed. Every tier is on our pricing page, and 100 checks a month are free with no card.
Comparing a quote with a published ladder
Once Validity sends a quote, divide it by the addresses it covers. That gives you a per-address figure. Then check it against the ZapBounce tier for the same volume.
ZapBounce vs BriteVerify covers the products side by side. BriteVerify vs ZeroBounce covers another common pairing, and the comparisons hub lists the rest.
What BriteVerify gets right and wrong on price
Both columns are required here. A page that only fills one is an advertisement wearing a review's clothes.
Where BriteVerify is genuinely good
- Verification sits inside a wider data quality offering, which suits a Salesforce-centered revenue team.
- One vendor for record hygiene, deduplication and verification.
- Validity publishes a named sub-processor list on its public pages.
Where BriteVerify falls short
- No public BriteVerify price anywhere on Validity's site.
- A quote needs a sales conversation, even for a small list.
- No public policy on billing for unknown results or on credit expiry.
