Among the addresses that produced a definitive verdict, yes. The accept-all domains and the servers that refused to answer left the calculation before it started, which is true of every percentage in this market. Hunter measured the field at 63% to 70% counting everything.
What is the unlimited API tier?
Dedicated resources with no per-email charge, which is a genuinely different pricing shape from anything else on this site. For a high-volume real-time workload it can be much cheaper than any per-address rate, including ours.

Can I test both before deciding?
