Why are some MillionVerifier tiers missing here?
Their /pricing path returns a 404 and the real pricing sits on the homepage. Two packages were readable there, fifty thousand at $89 and a million at $449. The rest sit behind a control that did not open for us, and interpolating from a per-credit rate attached to one package would produce a wrong number at both ends.
Is a refund as good as never being charged?
In money, yes. In incentive, not quite. A refund still means the vendor decides which addresses qualify and when the credit lands, and you carry the cost meanwhile. Never billing removes the decision entirely. Both are far better than the market default.
How do the two ladders compare?
